Introduce Campaign v1.0 (out of draft)

Promote the Campaign object from Draft to v1.0. Includes required window and audience_ref fields.

The Campaign object is used in production by every workspace but still carries the Draft designation. Promoting it to v1.0 requires two field additions and a version pin.
